These inserts can be used in a variety of ways…
- Newsletter inserts. This is a great way to remind your newsletter recipients about this special opportunity—or if you are on a tight budget, this may be a way to start introducing this idea to your constituents. (Consider putting two in each newsletter and ask donors to post one at their work or give to a friend.)
- Church bulletins. A month before Mother’s Day is a great time to ask key churches to simply include this in their bulletins.
- Displays. Place these insert promotions in key locations throughout your area including churches. We also have low-cost acrylic displays that you can use for this and other promotions.

Gift Acknowledgement Fulfillment. Instead of buying cards, you can have LifeSupport fulfill your notification. You’ll send an email with the names of who to send them to with all pertinent information and LifeSupport will fulfill as needed. Price: $2.35 per card including customization and postage.
TopSHIPPING/MAILING Processing
We’ve found that most centers are paying too much on postage by not taking full advantage of postal discounts available to you. We can do your entire mailing at low rates, or we can ship you bar-coded address labels (for maximum postal discounts), and all the postal paperwork you need for volunteers to apply and drop off at the post office.
We offer three different ways we can help you with mail processing.
- Supply you with bar-coded address labels.
PRICE: Just 3.8¢ each plus $35 set-up! We’ll likely save you at least 7¢ or more per piece (average) on postage alone, so please consider this option if you are currently putting address labels on your mailings. WE WILL SAVE YOU MONEY WITH THIS OPTION—and labels are included with this price!
We’ll also provide you with postal entry paperwork, and ship everything to you to apply labels. We’ll organize your mailing by postal mail trays, and give you tray tags so all you’ll need to do is address your mailing and take it to the post office. If you aren’t getting automation discounts and currently not bar-coding, adding 4+ digit zip codes, and standardizing your addresses, this option will SAVE YOU MONEY. - Address your mailing and ship it to you.
PRICE: Just 5.1¢ each plus $35 set-up!
We’ll process your list to make it automation compatible so you get the maximum discounts from the post office, and then inkjet the addresses with barcodes and zip +4 zip codes directly onto your appeal. We’ll ship your mailing to you to take to your local post office for faster delivery and lowest postage discounts. - Address your mailing and mail it for you.
PRICE: Just 5.1¢ each plus $35 set-up!
We’ll process your list to make it automation compatible so you get the maximum discounts from the post office, and then inkjet the addresses with barcodes and zip +4 zip codes directly onto your appeal. We’ll deliver your mailing directly to the USPS.
